Elaine McCarron is a Psychology graduate and Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Following seven years in London where she worked as a Career Psychologist, Elaine worked as Training Manager for a multinational financial services firm for 4 years.

For the last 13 years, Elaine has worked as a self-employed consultant delivering recruitment and selection services, training courses, management coaching, career transition and outplacement services to a range of clients including Pfizer Dublin, Central Bank Dublin, Tourism Ireland, Translink NI, EPA Ireland, Councils of NI, Veridian Ltd.

Elaine is a qualified NLP Practitioner and is qualified (Level A & B) in the use and administration of psychometric assessments.
