Phil Atkinson
BSc (Eng), CEng, MICE, FCIHT

Phil is a Chartered Civil Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Fellow of the Chartered institution of highways and Transportation.

His career has spanned Board and senior managment roles with Contractors Consultants and service providers. Including Managing Director of Accord PLC, Managing Director of Keyline Ltd, a subsidiary of Travis Perkins Group, and more  recently a Managing Director at Mouchel International Consulting Group.

Most recently Phil has been operating as a Non Executive Director and Consultant on a number of assignments primarily for Private Investors and is a Partner in Ashcroft Winrow Partnership
