Dhafir had built up an excellent reputation for a quality service with an enviable repeat business record.
This privately owned Company owed it’s success to the drive and determination of its owner and leader. The owner set the challenge of implementing changes such that the Company could operate to International standards with less day to day intervention by himself.
Our Approach
Following a 3 week detailed diagnostics of the current business, a change project was implemented. This project was lead designed by AWP in partnership with the management team and facilitated by AWP with the management owning the change.
The Outcomes
Restructured the organisation and implemented clear roles and responsibilities. Reducing the direct reports to the owner to 3 from 11 by enhancing the roles of the existing COO and CFO.
Revamped the HR processes to be in line with International standards.
Implemented proper Project Management processes to International standards
Improved the Procurement Processes to reduce the cost and time delays around this area.
Introduced more robust processes for business planning, budgeting and financial reporting.
